What data do we collect?
We only collect anonymized visitor data via Google Analytics 4 with your consent. We use cookies to:
- Analyze traffic and visitor patterns
- Improve the user experience on the website
We do not collect personal data via the website. Booking and personal data are handled by our booking partner Planway (clinic-copenhagen.planway.com).

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept cookies via our cookie banner.

Our fonts are self-hosted — no data is shared with Google.
Google Mapson the contact page is only loaded when you actively click "Show map". Until then, no Google Maps cookies are set and no data is sent to Google. Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and technical details about your device.
Retention Period
Google Analytics 4 retains anonymized visitor data for 14 months (Google's default). Your cookie preference is stored in your browser until you clear it or change it via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We retain no personal data on the website. Booking data is handled by Planway, which has its own privacy policy and retention period.
Legal Basis
We process data on the following legal grounds:
- Analytics cookies (GA4):Your consent, per GDPR Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
- Necessary cookies: Legitimate interest, per Article 6(1)(f) — required for site functionality.
Data Transfers Outside EU
Google Analytics is processed by Google LLC in the United States. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (2023), which ensures an adequate level of protection equivalent to GDPR. If you do not wish your data transferred to the US, you can decline analytics cookies via the cookie banner or opt out via the footer.
